01How much does pest control cost in your area?
A one-time treatment for common pests like ants, spiders, or roaches typically runs about $100–$600, depending on the pest, how bad it is, and the size of your home. Quarterly plans usually run about $100–$175 a visit. Termite treatments typically start around $1,200–$2,500, and bed-bug heat treatment runs about $1,000–$2,500 a room. 02Are the treatments safe for my kids and pets?
Pest control products sold in the US must be registered with the EPA, and the label sets how and where they can be applied. Most treatments go along the outside of the home and in cracks, gaps, and entry points rather than open living space. Ask your tech how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas — usually until it dries — and tell them about any fish tanks or allergies before they start.
03Do I have to sign up for a contract or a quarterly plan?

04Why do pests keep coming back after I spray?

05How do I know if I have termites?
Look for mud tubes on the foundation or crawl-space walls, piles of discarded wings near windows after a spring swarm, and wood that sounds hollow when you tap it. Subterranean termites are the kind most often found in your area homes, and they can work for years before the damage shows. If you see any of these signs, book an inspection rather than spraying — termite work is a different treatment from regular pest control.
06There's a wasp or hornet nest near my door. What should I do?
Don't knock it down or spray it yourself — stinging insects defend the nest, and some people react badly to stings. Keep kids and pets away from it and book a pro, who can remove it safely and treat the spot so a new colony doesn't move back in.
07Is the company licensed?
