How it works · for contractors
From a homeowner’s call to a job on your calendar.
You do not buy a list and start dialing. Maria answers the phone, screens the job, and books a confirmed appointment straight onto your calendar — then reminds the homeowner so they are there when you show up. Here is exactly how the whole thing runs.
Five steps, start to booked
You set the area. Maria does the calling, screening, and scheduling.
- 01
You set your trade & your area
Pick the trade you run, the ZIP you work out of, and how far you’ll travel. That radius is your coverage area, and we only ever book appointments inside it.
- 02
Maria answers every call
When a homeowner in your area calls, Maria picks up, sounds like a real front desk, and gets the details: what is going on, where the property is, and when they can be home.
- 03
She screens the job
Maria confirms it is a real job in your trade and inside your travel radius before it ever touches your calendar. Tire-kickers and out-of-area calls do not become appointments.
- 04
The appointment is booked onto your calendar
Connect your calendar and Maria reads your real availability, picks a time you are actually open, and writes a confirmed appointment straight onto it with the address and the job details. No calendar connected? She calls you and you set the time together.
- 05
Both sides get the confirmation
The homeowner gets a confirmation so they are expecting you, and you get the appointment in the calendar you already check. No phone tag.
On every call
A phone call becomes a job you can quote.
Maria does not just take a message. She gathers everything you need to walk up to the door ready, and none of the details you would otherwise have to call back three times to pin down.
Booked on your calendar, held by reminders
Two things keep a booked job on track: reading your real availability and reminding the homeowner. We do both.
We read your real availability
Before Maria offers a homeowner a time, she checks your connected calendar. A confirmed appointment is always a slot you are actually open for, so you are never double-booked.
Both sides get reminded
The homeowner gets a confirmation and reminders so they remember you are coming, and the appointment sits in the calendar you already check. No last-minute phone tag.
Questions, answered
01Does Maria really answer the phone, or is it a callback?
Maria answers live. When a homeowner in your area calls, she picks up and gathers the job details. If your calendar is connected she checks your availability and books a confirmed appointment onto it; if not, she calls you to set the time. You are not chasing a lead back and forth.
02How does the appointment get onto my calendar?
Connect your calendar once. Every confirmed appointment is written as a real event with the address and job details, and we read your free/busy first so we never book a time you are not open.
03Can I control which jobs I get?
Yes. You choose your trade, the ZIP you work out of and how far you’ll travel, and we only book appointments inside that radius.
04What does it cost?
A $49.99/year membership puts your card on file. On top of that you only pay your per-appointment price when we actually book you an appointment, never a fee for an appointment we did not book.
The bottom line
Let Maria fill your calendar.
Pick your trade, your ZIP and your travel radius. $49.99/year membership. You only pay per booked appointment.
