Your $99/year membership includes your first booked appointment free. After that, charged only when a real, confirmed appointment lands on your calendar. Set by your trade and area, shown up front, and never billed for an appointment we did not book.
One booked job pays for the year
Most trades quote hundreds to thousands per job. A single booked appointment can cover the $99 membership many times over, and after that you only ever pay per booking.

01Is the $99 monthly or yearly?
Yearly. $99/year puts your card on file. There is no separate monthly fee.
02What is the per-appointment price?
It depends on your trade and the area you cover. You see it when you set up your coverage, and you approve it before anything books. We never bill you for an appointment we did not book.
03What exactly does the per-appointment price pay for?
A real, confirmed appointment on your calendar — a set time with a homeowner who is expecting you. You are never charged for a phone number, a maybe, or an appointment we did not book.
04Is the first booked appointment really free?
Yes. Your membership includes your first booked appointment at no per-appointment charge: a real homeowner in your area, so you see it works before the per-appointment price ever applies.
05What if the homeowner cancels or does not show up?
That one is yours to handle, like any other job on your books. The appointment comes with the homeowner’s name and number, so if you want it reconfirmed before you drive out, call and reconfirm it. What you pay for is the booked appointment: a set time on your calendar and a confirmation text. You are not paying for what the homeowner does after it is booked, so there is no refund or credit for a cancel or a no-show. We never promise what a person will do, and we only ever charge you for an appointment we actually booked.
06Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime from your member dashboard (Manage membership). Your membership simply does not renew for the next term.
